Before I begin I just have to say a HUGE Thank You to Mrs. Brenda McMillian! Whom I'll
affectionately call "Ma Brenda" from here. Jan of 2020 I wouldn't have thought that we would be
moving into a BRAND NEW home. Fast forward to March 2020. I was finally awarded my
Veteran status and initial compensation from the VA. My initial reaction was to find a rental
property. The neighborhood we live in was beginning to be dangerous. After 2 weeks of trying to
find a safe place to rent I was awarded FULL BENEFITS from the VA. My first thought was "Let
me call Ma Brenda.!" I called and informed her of our situation and immediately she formulated
a game plan.... April 2020 I started the homebuying process. Fast forward to July 2020 and Ma
Brenda has gone above and beyond for me and my little family to be in a home. We've gone
through 3 lenders and the construction process. We've hit quite a few hurdles... And at every
obstacle Ma Brenda was there with a plan and a determination to get things done.! She got us a
great deal and a home that was EXACTLY what we wanted. She even kept me focus when I
was so close to giving up on the process. We will be receiving our keys to a 4 bdrm 3 bath
house complete with bonus room and 2 car garage on July 15. All our work, time, frustration
paid off. I can finally be able to say I got my babies out of the projects and into a home they
deserve. And I owe it all to Ma Brenda for giving me the motivation and help to get to this point.

More Than A Realtor...
Let me introduce myself, my name is Tiffany R., and I am a proud homeowner. I never thought I would or could say that but I had someone in my corner that worked with me, believed in me, and above all educated me. Her name is Mrs. Brenda McMillian. Our first initial meeting was over lunch at our local Waffle House. I didn't have a clue as to what I was doing, but I knew it was going to be alright. She welcomed me with a smile. So 17 years ago I REALLY met Ma Brenda K Allen McMillian.! She fussed me out so bad bc I purposely failed a test so that I could get a summer job with WIA. I cried that day when she asked me y I did it and allowed me in the program anyway..... I was 13 yrs old then and it was my first job..I kept it all 4 yrs until I joined The Air Force...
